Children's Ark Preschool

If your child is to be picked up by someone different or someone not listed on the school form, the parent must write a note giving permission. The note must include the person's name and relationship to the child. The person picking up the child will be asked to show identification. The school doesn't supply transportation at this time (with the exception of field trips) Parents are encouraged to establish car pools.
