Kids's First Rehab Services. Was established by Dr. Conrad de Jesus in October 2000 as a physical therapy institution catering to First Steps pediatric patients. Initially, Dr. De Jesus opened his 1st clinic on the E side of Evansville around the turn of the century under the name Children's First Rehab Services. Since then the single location on 1610 Division Street has expanded to four locations serving kids and NOW adults throughout southern Indiana and western Kentucky.
