Chocolate Apothecary is a destination gourmet chocolate, gelato and coffee shop. Our flagship store began in Spokane, Washington, and because of our success, we now provide national franchising opportunities. Our chocolate philosophy harkens back to a time of the early pharmacists, called apothecaries. In our case, we're prescribing chocolate as the medication of choice.
