Christian Academy-Louisville

All K-eighth grade students use science and social studies curricula created by The University of Virginia's Core Knowledge Foundation. Core Knowledge is a hands-on approach to teaching both science and social studies, utilizing classroom demonstrations, experimentation, discussions, and the use of historical literature. Students are encouraged to make their own connections and to understand scientific principles, historical figures, and civilizations in a holistic context that makes sense.
