While riding his bike on the sidewalk, my son ripped his foot open on a broken street sign pole that was bent over and jagged from a previous hurricane. The pole was never repaired or removed and jutted out near the sidewalk. My son has a nasty scar but has fully recovered. All I wanted was for the city to pay the hospital bills but that would never happen without an attorney. Mitch and Sarah at Chubb law listened to our problem and offered solutions. We communicated via text and as they worked through the case they checked on us often and were responsive and very friendly. They took excellent care of us during the entire process!! We decided not to go to court and settled for a fair amount which exceeded all of the medical bills. When I picked the check up from the office, they also gave my son and myself a nice gift. I highly recommend Chubb Law and would not hesitate to call them again if we ever need their services.

Mr Chubb was recommended to me by two different people, ironically, both whom I trust very much. I needed help navigating the craziness after an auto accident. The attorneys at Chubb Law are really helpful at taking the burden off of my shoulders and making everything happen behind the scenes. I didn't have to deal with all the insurance companies or haggling for doctors and copays etc... It was actually a pleasant experience because I was able to focus on getting better. The healing process wasn't a pleasure, lol, but I was able to focus on getting well. I really don't know how I would have been able to return to living my life if I didn't have the brains and support from the Chubb Law office. Mitchell and his team were great to work with. After getting rear ended in November of 2023, I had several injuries. My career and my livelihood is dependent on the strength and health of my body, but my wrist was injured in the accident as well as a partial tear in my knee. I needed a years worth of treatment and physical therapy before I started to feel almost back to normal!
The driver who hit me was underinsured, and so Mitch, and his team, fought for me to make sure all my medical bills got covered, and that I was taken care of! I hope to not ever need an attorney for something like this again but if I did I definitely know who Id call!

Chubb Law did an amazing job with my son's court case. Mitch has a brilliant mind that is always thinking of as many solutions for any problem that may occur. Mitch is a person who will get down to your level. He is grounded and knows how to problem solve. Mitch will do the best job for you, however, it's always going to be left up to the courts to make a decision. That decision will be reality and everyone involved will need to wrap their minds around it quickly. In the end, the goal will be to meet in the middle with what you want. Car accidents are never fun, and there was a lot about the experience that I didn't know how to navigate. I contacted Chubb Law after having felt disregarded by Morhan and Morgan.
