Because of my love for art as well as baking, I decided to combine the two and start my business Classy Cakes in 1995. I dedicate myself to creating intricately designed, deliciously edible works of art paying careful care to detail. Before designing a cake, I have a individual consultation with my customers to consider design details and cake flavors. I encourage my customers to bring to the consultation anything that may be of individual interest, taste, or style such as flowers, pictures or fabric swatches that they would like incorporated into the cake.
