These guys knocked it out of the park! I had wood built on top of concrete whenever I became disabled. I asked CNS to redo the porch and make it into a patio. They extended the porch with concrete, added rails and put in a drain. I picked the color of the concrete to match the house. It looks amazing! I've gotten so many compliments already. It's definitely boosted my mood!

We had Chris come out to talk about removing and replacing the back porch on our 100-year-old house. He was extremely thorough, easy to talk to, and made sure all our questions were answered. We also appreciated getting to see some samples and our estimate during the initial visit. Thanks Chris!

We had impressive consultation regarding options for replacing the old siding on our house with Hardie Plank. Chris and Nick were prompt, professional and very thorough. They were open to all questions, checking to make sure that they were answered to our satisfaction. The 3-D rendering was extremely helpful as was being able to handle samples of product.

Nearly 110 Squares of new roof, gutters, and fascia. Our church's roof was in bad shape and we were experiencing leaks and ice damage and the roof was only 15 years old. We received competitive bids from multiple companies. When we met with Sam, one of the owners, he brought the GAF Rep and we talked through the entire project, how the shingles are constructed, what type of underlayment they use, and how the new ventilation technology works.

No one else did that. To top it off, they were one of the lowest bids. We were not disappointed. The crew was excellent, the workmanship was fantastic, and they worked to keep the site clean throughout the project. We have a 50 year roof, and it has completely transformed the look of our building. I highly recommend CNS Construction.

They did an amazing job with the construction of our deck. Their crew is very hard working and very respectful it only took them 6 days to tear down the old one and put up the new one under roof. You won't be disappointed with this company. Sam is always available if you have any questions or concerns.

I am so happy with the work done on my home by CNS and their crew. They removed old wood shingles from my second floor and replaced it with vinyl shingle siding. It looks great! What more can I say? CNS Construction will always be my answer when someone asks for a recommendation for a local roofing company. Sam is professional and the quality of work his team produces has achieved the coveted status of having not one, but three stamps of approval by three different Pittsburgh dads. I contacted Sam after seeing a really cool looking deck on a house down the street.

He passed the vibe check. you know, the one where you don't feel strangely violated after the contractor explains to you something you already know for an hour and then quotes you for what will likely be subpar work. Sam worked with me and was patient with my insurance weirdness. Once the project started, he ended up discovering not one, not two, but four layers of waterlogged shingle sandwich on my roof.

The crew shoveled garbage shingle for what seemed like an entire week. Those guys deserve a gold medal for real. Sam also dealt with harassment from my excessively angry neighbor who is the type to be angry no matter what is happening. 0% passing rate on the Mr. Roger's neighbor scale. The roof looks excellent and the quality matches the appearance. 10/10 would work with Sam again.

I just recently purchased a deck from CNS. The deck itself is a great deck that is exactly what I envisioned. What really stood out for me with these boys was their attention to detail and their service oriented attitudes. They went above and beyond to satisfy our requests.
