Coastal View Property Management was established fifteen years ago when a real estate office split of its management division. Ron and Linda Conti purchased the pre-existing business in 2002. Both have Real Estate Broker licenses and Ron has been a complete-time Realtor for over three decades, combining real estate sales and a tiny amount of property management until he became a complete-time director when he bought the business. He has purposely kept the business on the tiny side so that he could be a hands-on director who attends directly to the requirements of the owners and the requests of the tenants.
