And completed advanced specialized training in surgery of the eye at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, the primary teaching institution for New York Medical College. Dr. Coleman is among the handful of eye surgeons in the country selected to teach the FDA certification course to other doctors on the use of the VISX laser system.
