Established in 1964 by Jerry Wade and his brother-in-law, Phil Geisler, Oasis remains a family-owned, family-run business to this day. The story starts more than forty years ago, when Jerry Wade and Phil Geisler began Wadler Manufacturing. Wadler produced agricultural and farm equipment, and speedily became an industry standard known for its highly innovative, multi-patented products. Wadler's famous kelly green cattle chutes are still a familiar sight in pastures throughout the Midwest.
