read moreYou'll need to bring your pet in for an exam with a veterinarian for an overall health evaluation and to identify any potential anesthetic risk factors. At that time, we can usually go ahead and run any pre-anesthetic bloodwork that might be required, give you an appropriate estimate for the procedure, go over and have you sign the anesthetic consent forms, and address any questions or concerns you might have about the procedure or your pet going under general anesthesia. You can usually call and schedule that procedure for a day that works best with your schedule.

read moreWellness exams and sick/injured office visits are Walk-In Only for dogs and cats. No appointments necessary. Come on in whenever works best for your schedule, but know that we do check-in our last patient for the day 30 minutes before closing. Due to the nature of our schedule, sometimes there can be quite a wait to see the doctor depending on a number of factors including the number of doctors seeing patients that day, the severity of the cases checked in before you, and any number of other potential factors behind the scenes.

read moreEmergencies are accepted anytime during business hours and also after-hours to established regularly seen patients. If you feel you have an emergency (examples are toxic substance ingestion, hit by car, or your pet has collapsed) please call ahead if possible so that a staff member can advise you on your particular situation and our team can be prepared when you walk in the door. If you have an after-hours emergency, you must be an established client whom we see your pets for regular care. Please call us and the voicemail recording will give you instruction on how to reach the answering service who will reach out to the on-call doctor.
