Every program participant will work one-on-one with a Pre-Employment Transition Specialist to explore the student's career interests. NextWork focuses on the strengths and interests expressed by our clients on the autism spectrum. Our most popular program is NeuroVersity. It was founded by Drs. Scott and Cheryl Wright to help youth with autism develop talents to find technology jobs. We support the growth, development, and independence of persons with disabilities.

It was a labor of love for the ones they loved. Our founding parents were determined to defy conventional wisdom to hide away their children, separating them from their families and communities.
