Highly recommend!
I’ve had 3 great experiences with Commonfund Mortgage. I’ve bought two homes. One around 1996 and my second one in 2017. I also just went through the refinance process to get a lower rate. Each time I called Debb Parker. Debb and her assistant Matthew are top notch!!!They make the process so smooth and easy.

Everything can be done thru email or fax which makes the applying process super easy and sending copies of bank statements etc easy we're close to closing and can't wait to get it done, e've worked thru the glitches that came up, water tests etc and they do VA loans, no actual cash money due at closing which is great... all the pesky fees get added on to your mortgage so wotks great being on a fixed income Value for Money
