Community Child Care

The Community Child Care Coordinating Council (4C's) of Alameda County is a private non-profit agency that has been delivering services to families, kids and child care specialists since 1972. 4C's provides a range of services and programs throughout Alameda County. 4C's supplies child care Resource and Referral services within the cities of Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City. All parents, regardless of income, receive free child care referrals and information about choosing child care.
