Students, Parents, and Everyone entering any of our locations must be wearing a face covering per state guidelines. As of July 1, the Westminster, Golden, and Lakewood locations are open. All of our services are by appointment only. All classes are online - we will continue using our live classroom using our virtual platform. Learn to drive with Community Driving School. Our state-certified 30 hour course -- live on ZOOM or self-paced -- is unlike anything else out there.

As a third party tester, we'll administer the tests — especially important now while the DMV isn't. If you're looking for driving instruction, our program is heads and tails above other schools.
Driving Test Denver Services
read moreWe're a DMV-approved, third party testing center where you can take your written knowledge test-also known as the permit test-in an enjoyable, stress-free atmosphere. Make an appointment and we can provide you space for the test between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Please wear a mask. The Colorado Written Permit Test is a 25-question test that covers the contents of the Colorado Driver Handbook.
4 Hour Driver Awareness Class In
read moreThe 4-Hour Driver Awareness Program can be used to fulfill your teen's State of Colorado Drivers Ed program. As part of the Graduated Driver's License law in Colorado and if you are between 15 1/2 and 16 years old- this course fulfills the classroom portion of your Colorado driver's education requirement. Please note: This class does NOT cover the entire contents of the Colorado Driver Handbook. Please pick up a copy at our office or go online HERE and study it before coming to class since this is what the permit test covers.
30 Hour Colorado Drivers Ed Class
read moreWe've teamed up with iGottaDrive to bring you our 30 Hour Colorado Online Driving Course which offers your teen the newest, online drivers ed class. This course is designed as a road trip across the United States, incorporating the latest research into driver habits, safety features of new vehicles and all the required topics the state requires for this class. In addition, there are interactive quizzes after each section to help students retain what they've learned as wells as prepare for their upcoming Colorado Written Permit Test.

read moreWe're not able to allow parents to ride along because of insurance regulations and company policy. Bring those documents into our office when you come in for your test. Make sure the front doors, front windows and front seat belts must all be in working condition. Your brake lights and turns signals must also work. Our examiners will do a safety check before each test to verify. As well, you must have both a front and rear license plate on your car or a temporary tag on the back. Lastly, we cannot test you if there is a crack in your windshield that is in the line of sight of the driver or examiner.
