Community Health Center

Jordan Valley Community Health Center was established in 2002 after nearly a decade of community advocacy. At that time, we received the designation of a Federally Qualified Health Center, serving as a health safety net to individuals in Southwest Missouri. We provide primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Steady growth since the beginning has given us the possibility to supply more services to more people. Our dental program has been the flagship for Jordan Valley, providing a range of specialty services.
