The Community Learning Center was organized to help individuals with special requirements and barriers to employment in the North CentralTexas Region to pre-pare for and secure best quality, family supporting, high-demand occupa-tions. The principals of CLC. Have provided training and employment servi-ces to Texas residents for nearly twenty five years through Projects With Industry pro-grams, dislocated worker programs targeted to older workers, union members, and training and educational programs that reply to skills shortage.
