Don't replace your computer- bring it to Alex! If you have water damage, or slow speeds because of virus or hackers, CSE will clean this up, and have your computer working like new again. We LOVE the team that works at CS&E. This business is literally our unofficial IT department. Our small non-profit organization has worked with Computer Solutions for 8 years. They are extremely professional, with loads of knowledge and experience. CS&E has worked with our limited budget to get us the best value of computers/laptops/screens available. Whenever we have a problem - I give them a call. I personally think they work around the clock to get our organization back up and running. I highly recommend them!

My laptop wasn't booting up at all. I was feaking out. I needed all files to be there and undamaged after repair. I was met by Alex when i entered. He eased my anxiety by acting professional and understanding why I was in the state I was in. I dropped it off Friday, got a call Saturday telling the diagnosis and what he could. Monday got the call to come and pick it up on Tuesday. Amazing turnaround and realistic reasonable price. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Incredible customer service! My laptop's HD crashed and they were able to recover and save all the information for me that I had not backed up, replace the HD, and have my same laptop back up in running better than ever! Very reasonable, extremely honest, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and was super professional. Highly recommend for any and all computer needs.

If you need an honest opinion on your computer this is the place. They never sell you anything that you don't need. They always give you options on what you can do. I'd really appreciate honestly since I don't like to spend my money on my computer twice. From now on I'm not going anywhere else because this guy knows what he is doing and he never overcharged me. I've used CSE several times over the last four years for my Apples. I've come to trust their recommendations concerning how to get the most out of my machines without blowing our budget. They are consistently attentive to my concerns, do reliable work, and meet their deadlines. Just today Alex recognized evidence of a habit I have when using my Mac that eventually slows the machine down. He didn't scold me but he did give me a simple procedure to alleviate the effects of my preferred style. I highly recommend them.

Quite some time ago my laptop was having some weird issues and I just dropped in without an appointment, having no idea what to expect. The kind gentleman who helped me got to the heart of the matter immediately, fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Not only did he not charge me, but he did not act the least bit condescending about my user error and ignorance. I'm a total luddite when it comes to trying to fix any electronics on my own, and I felt rather stupid, yet he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Thank you!

Incredibly fast repairs and great customer service. I came in to have a laptop screen repaired. I was expecting to leave my computer there for a few hours or possibly overnight. Alex finished my repair in about 10 minutes. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I damaged my laptop beyond repair but needed to extract my hard drive and see if it would transfer it to a new computer. CS&E was able to do the transfer the same day, there was no downtime in my work at all. I rarely leave reviews of businesses, but this is one that you must patronize. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Computer Solutions and Exchange. My MacBook needed an updated hard drive. They finished super quickly and it solved my issues completely. Akex offered to help with any other issues and even cleaned the nasty toddler fingerprints off of the case of my laptop. I highly recommend them for any of your computer needs.

We dropped a shelf on our store's laptop and they fixed it quickly. They were honest about the fact that they could fix the monitor but warned us that any hard drive damage might not be evident for some time. Luckily it has been working fine.

The price is right and the staff is so nice. I had an old old computer that was fried and I was looking to upgrade. Alex and the other staff explained what I needed, helped to transfer my old data, and even brought my new computer to the car for me. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. They were all so knowledgeable.

I've been here so many times to get my laptop fixed. I just took it back like last Saturday and they already have my laptop ready for me to pick up. I love this place. It is the place to go and get your computers fixed. They know how to answer your questions, they'll know how to fix the problems with your computers, they're very friendly also.

I took my sick computer to Computer Solutions and Exchange and I'm very satisfied with their service. They asked for $35.00 up front to diagnosis the computer and applied the $35.00 towards any work done. I needed a new hard drive replaced for $100.00 bucks and I was charged an extra $75.00 to install OS Windows. After taxes and the $35.00 paid upfront was applied, I was charged $148.85.

While waiting to pickup my computer, a customer ahead of me traded in his old computer to have work done on his newer computer! I highly recommend Computer Solutions and Exchange.
