Computer Troubleshooters Perimeter

Computer Troubleshooters (CTS) is an international network of small franchisees delivering onsite computer services to tiny businesses. Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist started developing the concept in 1996 after selling their previous franchise, Express Bookkeeping, which had grown to over 200 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Computer Troubleshooters USA was established in 1999 by Chip Reaves, who had previously built his own computer service business (CHIPTECH Computer Services) into one of the biggest tiny business computer service companies in Georgia.
