Connies DIY Upholstery

I'm a do it yourselfer from childhood. I have always thought that, given enough time and instructions, I could do anything anyone else could do. Given this mindset, I found myself at an auction with the winning bid of $6. 00 for a broken down recliner, thus started my upholstery career in 1983. Having no place else to work, I spread an old blanket on my living room floor, and using my kitchen table for cutting, after a mere two weeks and a wealth of frustration, it was recovered.
