He offered to make our concerns and doubts go away for our daughter's health by having the contractors keep dust and debris down to a minimum. She is on oxygen and has a trach direct to her lungs. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. I feel confident we will get great service. He is going above and beyond to assist our special needs. Were appreciate that So very much. 07/28/18 The guy from United came today and we met. He put our minds at ease that he could finish the inside water damage perfectly so that no one would know it was done. We are very happy with this guy as well. Tim has great people working on his behalf. Tim came today as well and did the impossible. Replaced an obsolete impossibly difficult bathroom ceiling fan out of the kindness of his heart. He did it so quickly I was stunned to see it fixed and working because the previous contractor said it couldn't be done. What CEO of any company comes and puts up a ceiling fan for you as a friendly gesture without pay for it. He just wanted to make sure our daughter is kept healthy. We can tell you Tim is the best customer service person I know and that speaks volumes. He is patient kind and extremely flexible. If you need a roof, here is your man. I don't recommend too Many companies due to the way they treat us and usually their work is substandard at best. I feel confident recommending these guys because they are perfectionist. They know what they are doing and are quick to address any concerns. Worth every penny is the peace of mind! Folks don't go any where else. This guy is the best in the trade at a fair price. We do not feel gouged, instead we are at peace.

All done. Every thing is percent and there are no flaw. No more leaking roof or skylights. The walls look great and the ceiling. Wonderful professional people. Fast and knowledgeable. The carpenters did awesome work and the roof and two skylights are beautiful. Feels so good to have peace of mind and no drips! Ty 911 and especially Tim. You are a fair and honest guy. So refreshing for a change to have a company that Cares about their customer and bends over backwards for everything to be great. We appreciate that do much! You have been a blessing to us!
