Consumer Credit Counseling Service

Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) of Southern New England was established in 1999 from the merger of the former CCCS affiliated agencies of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The organization's purpose was to supply quality consumer education and counseling services to members of its local communities. Through the years, the use of credit increased dramatically and so did the need for nonprofit credit counseling services.
