Were do I start! There are so many good things to say about Cookeville Self Storage. They been great to me and my family! We have rented three units and they have been exceptional. Also a very special thanks to Laura for her fantastic customer service. She always took time to answer any questions that I have. Most importantly, she always greeted me with a smile!!

The owner and staff are very nice! Laura who works for this facility, went above and beyond to help me find a larger storage. They always get in touch with you almost immediately upon any situations that happen. Feel safe and secure to rent from them! Very clean and brand new!

Great place for storage around Cookeville. Very clean, well maintained and secure with keyed gate and building entry. No issues at all during the 6 months or so I was there. First place I'm checking next time I need storage.

This place is AMAZING! The lady here donated 4 boxes and multiple bags of toys, clothes, blankets, and food to my companies toy and coat drive this year and they are just some of the nicest people I've ever met!!! I for one will be doing as much business with them as I can!

Very clean and secure place. The lady at the front desk or on the phone (Laura) is a pleasure to deal with. They will do their best to make right by you. If you see a bad review complaining about how theyve been treated, they are most definitely the issue.
