Excellent service and patient when answering all my questions. Went out of his way to explain everything and I'm so thankful to now know a local expert. I highly recommend Cool Kids for any AC/heating repair - big or small. You can tell he takes pride in making customers happy and in his work. Temp was in the 90s outside when the AC broke and he rearranged his whole schedule to get to us as quickly as possible. Awesome company. Value for Money

Great service!
Cool kids replaced my HVAC in my house about 2.5 years back. Job was done super quick and they cleaned up after. AC and heat ran perfectly since then and more efficiently as well. Saved me about 50$ in each summer month compared to my original unit. Selling my house now and needed some minor changes done. They came out and fixed everything and cleaned out the dryer vent as well. I've recommended them to several friends and they replaced the HVAC system in my moms place too. Can't say enough good things about Cool Kids! Value for Money

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jorge when our AC needed to be replaced, and we couldnt be more grateful for his dedication and professionalism. What was expected to be a quick and straightforward closet unit replacement turned into a full-day project that extended well into the evening. Cool Kids replaced our air handler in June after an unfortunate (and very expensive) refrigerant leak. Our house was really hot yesterday and we couldnt figure out what was going on. JJ responded to the call right away this morning and he was able to help troubleshoot the issue. He showed my husband what to do if it happens again and he didnt charge us for the visit. Cool Kids has taken really good care of us and we are grateful for the prompt customer service.

Cool Kids was recommended by my neighbors. They came out for an estimate on what I thought was a return vent issue, but there didn't end up being one. Instead, they went above and beyond to find there was a clogged pipe where water was building up from my AC unit (lots of lint, calcification, etc.). They cleared it out, no charge. Would recommend them and will be calling them back when we need an actual repair.

JJ really helped us out today, he was able to come out quickly and get us up and running with a new capacitor fast. He was easy and fast to schedule by texting. Very professional and easy to work with, he was straight up and honest and charged a fair rate. I liked the convenience of paying the invoice online, too. JJ did an awesome job fixing a drain issue we had with our A/C. He was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone. He provided some instructions in preparation for his arrival. He showed up on time and kept us in the loop at all moment.
