My name is Gene Neill. I've been serving Central Florida's pool owners for over 17 years, and am the area's only true vinyl liner specialist - servicing both inground AND aboveground pools since 1991. I'm fully licensed and certified by the state of Florida, and have installed 100's of vinyl liners across central Florida - including Alachua, Marion, and the surrounding counties.
