Fantastic

First time moving and was very nervous due to going to a 3rd floor apartment and realizing how much it costs to move. After looking through Groupon and seeing horrible reviews for every company I just decided on one and called. Copper Palm actually gave me a cheaper price if I used them as opposed to the Groupon. When they arrived I let them know I did not want to go over 2 hours and they made sure everything AND more got done in those 2 hours. Had time left over and they put my bed together and connected my washer and dryer (completely unexpected). Only my dining chairs got damaged (later noticed), but ended up getting rid of them anyways. I got charged the exact amount and even noticed I left off information and called to let them know before they ran the card. Reading the reviews I am not sure why some people got overcharged as mine was exactly as expected. Like every service, there will be good and bad reviews. I highly recommend this company. I wish I could remember their names because they were fantastic, funny, and made moving alone as a woman comfortable.

These guys are amazing!

Moving is awful. It doesn't matter how organized or minimalist you may be, it's always going to be a pain in the rear. And when you're not organized nor do you have a minimalistic bone in your body like myself, it's soul crushing.

Which is why I love the entire Copper Palm crew. These guys are amazing! They show up on time, they move like the wind, they're somehow able to carry things that are easily three times their own body weight...and they're nice! They can take (and give) a joke without breaking stride.

Instead of doing one big move, we needed it done in a series of steps, and CP was so helpful with strategy and implementation. The initial portion was moved into their storage warehouse for two weeks (a godsend for "staging") and then delivered to our new house after closing. When it came time for the rest of it to go, they came over early one Friday and had everything from clothes and artwork to chairs and china packed by early afternoon. They were back first thing the next morning for the actual move and we were sitting snug in a new house full of all our cr@p by evening.

Were there a couple of small dings along the way? Of course! Because that's what happens when you move! But this crew of guys work hard, work carefully, work thoughtfully and work intelligently. I just wish they'd wear back braces and take more water breaks.

Professional, friendly and efficient

Jason and Brandon were professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to wrap and tape the furniture and were super easy to work with.
Our move had many moving parts, moving some furniture from one apartment to another and then to a different location. I would highly recommend Copper Palm especially if you have Jason and Brandon.

Let me start off with a back story:

I am 21 years old and recently moved into my own apartment. I was nervous and excited and wanted everything to go smoothly. I was also moving to a third floor apartment in the middle of July, so I needed some help.

I started looking around for movers to assist me with my move. After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies, Copper Palm reached out. Maddy was amazing to work with in the logistics stage of things. I provided her my list of items and received a very attractive quote that I could not turn down. She was very receptive and prompt even when changes occurred, and I felt as though there were going to be no issues whatsoever with the move.

On the day of my move, everything went much better than expected. I had the pleasure of having Mike and Nick help me out with my move, and these gentlemen were not only so helpful and professional, they are absolute beasts. From pulling three medium sized boxes up three flights of stairs at once to carry huge, heavy boxes alone, they got the job done extremely quickly but also very carefully. Everything made it to the new apartment in one piece. They even went above and beyond in helping me with certain things, and I appreciated that so much.

Needless to say, I had no issue handing my debit card over, and three days later, still no buyers remorse. These men braved through 95°+, three flights of stairs, and never had one complaint.

Courteous & quick

Initially very cautious at the thought of hiring a moving company as I've always moved on my own. Came across Copper Palm and took a chance and I'm very thankful I did. Jason and Cedric showed up very promptly and helped me move all my belongings within the allotted time. They were courteous and quick and made the move go very smoothly. Thank you guys for your help!

Very efficient

Shawn and Jacob were my movers. Very efficient and moved quickly and carefully. A few minor chips and scratches. I expected a few minor things but nothing major. Very reasonably priced.

Anthony and Matt were awesome!!
They did a great job for us. Polite, professional and worked so fast. They wrapped every piece of furniture we have with care.
I've hired movers in the past that were so slow I ended up dragging half my stuff out to the truck ramp just to get them to load up faster.
The Copper Palm hourly rate is very reasonable and these guys were worth every penny!

Ralph and Jo were very professional and swift as well! It took no time to transition all my items to my new home. And they were more than willing to assist with any additional minor moving requests and adjustments we had that day when moving from an apartment to my house, especially installing the proper plug for my dryer into the unit. Additionally, they gladly sent Trey, who works for the company (and is also an electrician), out to properly hook up my washing machine that same day since they had already moved onto another assignment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their transitioning needs!

Excellent experience

I hired Copper Palm on fairly short notice for a move across town. The office manager was very helpful in giving me a competitive quote and getting the logistics coordinated. The movers, Xavier and Chris, were extremely quick, friendly, and professional, and were able to get everything moved within my quoted three-hour timeframe. All in all, this was an excellent experience and I intend to hire them again next time I move.

Hardworking guys

Good experience and easy move. I requested a quote and they gave me a number right away to my email. It was also the most reasonable one I received by far. I called to schedule, and the owner Maddy was friendly. The day of the move the movers came with the truck, moved all of our things, and were done before the estimated time, so it ended up being less than our estimate. Good, hardworking guys.
