Founded in 1985, Cornerstone was the first child care center in Pinellas County to become accredited by NAEYC in 1988. Unlike large corporate schools, the owners are on site every day to ensure the highest quality of safety, care, and education for your child. We keep class sizes small to focus on quality over quantity. As an accredited preschool, we voluntarily meet higher standards than licensing requires in the areas of administration, staff credentials, curriculum, advocacy, community involvement, and staff to child ratios.

read moreWe accept checks, cash and credit card. Tuition is based on your child's program, not the number of days he/she actually attends. Therefore, full tuition is due even if your child is absent or when school is closed for holidays, weather, or emergencies. A late pick up fee will be charged after 6PM for full-day students and after 12PM for half-day students (see Parent Handbook for fee amount). Full tuition is due each week of the regular school year, regardless of whether or not your child is in attendance.

read moreSet on almost one acre of land, our large, private playground has several shade trees, a pine grove, two large climbing structures with custom canopy shading, a bike path, a covered pavilion for water play, bubbles, or picnics, and lots of green grass for running and playing ball. Our facility is secured with locked doors that can only be accessed by people with pins. We use a CCTV (no recording) monitoring system and privacy fencing on our playground to ensure our facility is extremely safe. Our classrooms are clean, bright, and well-equipped with a variety of educational toys.
