Russell is a retired Police Officer and Detective from Southern California. He trained and worked with the FBI, DEA, BNE, and DOJ. He started his career in Law enforcement with the Orange County Sheriff's department in California and worked in the jail system. He then worked for the police department in the city of Perris in Riverside county, and wrapped up his career with the Port Hueneme PD working undercover assignments. Russ is a Certified director of association properties (CCAM) through the Community Association Institute, and served as on-site director for the Buenaventura Gardens HOA.
