Corporate Portfolio Analytics is a commercial real estate advisory company that works with major occupiers of real estate on the strategic management of their real estate portfolios. Through the use of our diverse Products and Services, customers are better able align their real estate and strategic planning efforts with their operational initiatives. We serve several of the biggest corporate portfolios in the US including financial, professional services, and technology firms as well as governmental agencies with residential portfolios varying from under four million to more than 70 million square feet. We currently influence occupancy decisions for more that 500 million square feet of commercial space in the US alone, not including the Federal portfolio.
