Cedric is great! Called on a Sunday morning when they were closed with my AC unit not working, Cedric called me back 30 minutes later and got me on his schedule for the same day. He was able to do the repair quickly and get us up and running in a few hours! He is very trustworthy, he also replaced our outside unit a few summers ago and had a good experience then.

Installed three complete top-of-the-line Trane units in the heat of a Texas summer. This company is great to work with. Chris made an excellent sales presentation that swayed us away from another company. The General Manager (Greg) was here a great deal of the time and was friendly, informative and got right in there and worked with the crew. The installers were great.
They took care of my house (no dings!) and really seemed to care about working with me to get things working again. C&G beat the big box companies (you know, the ones with the really bad TV commercials) by several, I mean SEVERAL, thousand dollars. Cudos to Lisa who kept me continously informed on where and when. If you're looking for a fair price, excellent customer care and skilled technicians, give them a look - it worked out great for me. Thanks C&G!

Cedric is the tech that I requested many times. He is very professional and with awesome manners. He installed a brand new unit for us, and kept an extra eye on the whole process since it was a rental property and we were not able to make it there that day.

My first encounter with this company was with one of their employees acting as our own personal hero. Our dogs had gotten out of the house and we didn't discover this until we got home. We were searching everywhere until I got a call from their employee Chris. He had found them MILES from our home. He took great care of them and waited for us for almost 20 minutes to get there.
