The valuation that is included on the move is a legal liability of 60 cents per pound per article. What this means is that if you have a dresser and it weights 200 pounds, Cowboy Moving & Storage would have a legal liability of $120. 00 or repair in the event that it was damaged during the move. We generally try to move our client's possessions very carefully so damage issues do not occur. If an accident should occur, then we try to repair any damages unless they are beyond repair. If an item is beyond repair, we would settle the claim at our legal liability of 60 cents per pound.
