Today they saved me. I got a plumber from another company to come today to get shut off valves and cap the drains of my unfinished bathroom, the plumber came looked at my bathroom and basically said "Sorry for waisting your time, i dont want to do this job get someone else". I quicked called CPI Plumbing to see if they can help me because my plumber from another company just left me. CPI sent me someone one who arrived just 1hr after I called, he completed the job the same day.they did a great job, great quality of work, the precission, it was worth every penny. Ryan was the plumber, super knowledgeable, kind, and just good at what he does. For sure I will use them again.

Oliver quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through my options based on cost and durability. Once we aligned on an approach, he got to work, kept me in the loop, and at the end walked me through everything. I am a new home owner so he also taught me about the various water shutoffs in the crawl space. Would definitely call CPI again for my needs.

Manny came by on time. Asset my problem and told me I needed septic company. No charge, I will need other plumbing services in near future absolutely call them first. Plus very nice and cheerful don't see that much anymore.

Ryan came out to inspect and service my furnace. He was on time and through. He explained everything he was doing and why. Offered up a couple of options for considering down the road. Price was reasonable for the job.

Brannigan provided absolutely top-notch service! From the project estimate to the installation work, Brannigan's utmost attention to detail clearly demonstrates his commitment to the highest quality and pride of workmanship. When we asked questions about the work, Brannigan readily shared his knowledge and expertise. For example, before disposing our 16-year-old water heater, he removed the sacrificial anode to explain how it works and to show the extensive deterioration/corrosion.

We also give a shout-out to Amanda. Amanda's care and thoroughness in coordinating logistics, completing administrative requirements, and facilitating other communications was critical to ensuring no loose ends and the smooth progress of the project.

Ryan was super knowledgeable and educated me on today's service as well as future services that will be beneficial for our home. Work was done with care and he took the time to make sure everything worked as it should with no leaks before leaving.

Arnaldo was a consumate professional. He did an assessment of my Mitsubishi heat pump that was not working and found a simple solution to the problem. He spent the time needed to help me understand all the assessment steps he took to fix my heat pump. Thank you for making sure my home will be warm this winter and providing me a plan for maintenance in the future. CPI was very responsive to my online request for an appointment and taking the needed information so Arnaldo was well of the issue needing to be addressed. Trever was my technician. My 70 year old sewer pipe from the house to the city was not flowing. His communication was clear and detailed on what was required. He was respectful of my home, warm and genuine. I appreciated that CPI did not charge a fee to drive to my house. A local Bellingham plumbing company charges $298 to drive to your house, assess the issue and then offers an estimate. I did not choose to go with them. I felt CPI's rate was at par with other plumbing services. I would call them again.

Manuel and team are phenomenal! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to teach us about maintenance and operations of our new water heater and softener. Definitely recommend!

CPI sent Manuel to us the same day that we called about our failed hot water heater that left us without functioning showers. He took time to understand our needs, what we thought was important; and our financial situation. We transitioned to a tankless hot water heater and Manuel and Christian had it completed the next day a few hours before they had estimated. The job site was clean, and our equipment fully explained to us before they left. Satisfied customers for sure.

Great customer service, very polite, approachable and very knowledgeable in what he doing. I appreciate the time he takes out to explain everything he was doing. He took the time to go over everything on the invoice. It was so good he will be back to do some other repair work that he brought to my attention. I like that there was never any pressure.

We have used CPI several times over the many years. The last year we had a major water leak and damage. Mike Smalanska and Francisco Mendoza came out quickly and assessed the damage and what needed to be done. Nothing starts until all has been explained to you and what the cost will be. We have always had excellent serive, work and response from CPI and trust the completely.

I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.

I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.

I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Mike Smalanskas and Steven were great. They not only fixed the problem but also fully explained how everything worked, what they did, and how to better avoid issues in the future. They were professional and friendly at the same time. Very pleased with the experience.

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Highly recommend CPI! We have used them multiple times for plumbing issues and always satisfied. Most recently we were blessed to have Corbin come out and assist us with a small issue. He exceeded all our expectations! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took pictures to show us the problem and help better understand the solution.

They technician came early, was very polite, and he explained exactly what he had to do. If he was having problems and he had to do a little differently to fix the leak. He took the time out to explain it to me. He also showed me the hole in the pipe. He told me who to go through to dry out the water in my crawl space. I would recommend this company to whoever is looking for a good repairman. I will be using them again.

Steven and his team (Arnaldo and Tyler) did an incredible job. ALL our substandard pipes and the water tank/boiler had to be replaced. They were always on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. We were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They finished up a day early with everything working perfectly. They cleaned up each night, and the final cleanup left our home spotless. I scheduled an appointment with CPI to do a tuneup on my heat pump system! Manuel showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional! He serviced the heat pump and inspected the plumbing system for potential issues and made several suggestions to upgrade our plumbing system that we are considering! I highly recommend Manuel V. And the whole CPI team!

Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. My only 'negative' feedback is related to the fact that I was not really prepared for the amount of water mess that was left behind. Had I known there would be water outside our shower - floor, rugs, carpet - I would have thrown down some towels. Otherwise, we are very pleased with what we got.

Although we're not able at this time to order the service needed at our home, we were extremely impressed with Mr. River Greenwood's timely arrival, efficient investigation, and highly descriptive evaluation - all with the utmost courtesy and concise description of our problem. The resolution plan & process was presented in a manner that was clearly understandable and logical.

Mr Greenwood also convinced us to have confidence and trust in the integrity of CPI which is a concern when we've had no previous affiliation with CPI. His followup in briefly explaining the various payment options availability to us when we place our order was very helpful! Chris was great. I had a leaking water faucet on the house exterior. I asked to have it capped since it was in an odd place anyway, a prior owners brilliant idea, but it was negatively affecting the siding where it had been placed.
