We contracted with Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. to replace the roof on our 1926 home. Jim Kosloski came out to prepare the estimate, and he was thorough and professional. Ellie was assigned as our project manager, and she was responsive and very easy to deal with. The crew arrived on time on the assigned date, and the work was accomplished in record time under the eye of the two site foremen. Everyone was easy to communicate with about the project. The clean-up afterward was top notch. We would use them again for a similar project.

Pat, Beto and their incredible crew turned our whole home around in less than seven days, always taking time to explain any issues and opportunities that came up along the way. They were courteous, driven, punctual and extremely flexible. We couldnt be happier with the results. Our home no longer suffers from peeling paint, and now has an updated and clean look. And, most importantly, our daughters wont have to wake to the sound of woodpeckers ever again.

I had several random companies knock on my door and tell me my roof was horrible. I felt I needed to contact a company I trusted! So I knew to call Craftsman! Chase the rep came out and did an outstanding job! He crushed it! He was on time, informative and very nice! I ended up having a roof that was in great shape and didnt need repairs! I would recommend them for any service they provide!

Craftsmen Home Improvements made the process of residing as painless as possible for a very fair price. The main office kept me informed of the scheduling and the crews were very efficient, polite, and thorough in the job. The house looks great, almost new after the fantastic residing job that CHI did. I would recommend them always. The only thing they should have done was put a sign on the lawn stating who was doing the work because several neighbors and passersby commented on how great the new siding looks.

This is not the first time I have used Craftsmen Home Improvement for updates and repairs to my home. They are my "go-to" company when I want excellence in customer service and in getting the results I desire. This particular project turned out to be much larger than I had expected, but with guidance and expertise from Jay Aos and his team, I feel secure knowing repairs have been made and the outcome superb.
I know have a beautiful new deck which my family and I are already taking advantage of and new windows to enjoy the view. I will always call on Craftsmen Home Improvement and would high recommend to others looking for the best.

We hired Craftsmen to reshingle our old roof, repair fascia, and replace gutters. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. Communication involved multiple groups: salesperson, coordinator, and separate crews for roof, fascia, gutters. Excellent communication in all cases, except for initial contact on roofing. Teams were responsive and informative.
We had a small leak in the porch roof and they came within a few hours to repair that (one small spot had not been sealed) but overall pleased with the quality of the work and our experience. Project came in slightly under budget, despite a few things being added as discoveries were made (to be expected given age and condition of roof)

Craftsmen did an amazing job installing windows in my new home. We had a mix of 1950's and 1980's windows which we swapped out for nice new vinyl ones for a total of 17! The guys installing and assisting were awesome. Never made a mess and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They answered any questions I had right away so I felt comfortable with the daily process.
The install took about 3 days then they came back out to finish up the outside trim wrapping about a week later. The outside now has gorgeous curb appeal because the windows look so much better and we can already feel a huge difference in drafts and temperature control inside the home. I highly recommend this great company!

We were very pleased to have chosen Craftsmen to work through our insurance claim. It was important to me to hire a contractor who could replace our roof, install the window wraps and downspouts which were damaged, and complete the painting of our siding. Craftsmen recommended a few changes which were additional work and materials, and was able to incorporate these into the project without our needing to pay extra for these upgrades. Craftsmen was able to coordinate all phases of the job and get it done beautifully. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommended.

We found the analysis of our roofing needs by Mr. Kosloski very straightforward and complete. This included a visual inspection that revealed some additional necessary work beyond the roof replacement we desired. This was included in the contract. The major work was completed rapidly (1 and 1/2 days) and beautifully. Cleanup was immaculate. Additional work was preformed with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Everybody involved in the job was friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc.
