We serve clients in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan six days a week, with 24-hour emergency service at competitive rates. Written appraisals and estimates are available.

read moreWe charge $110 + tax for a regular piano tuning within our normal service area. Pianos that have not been tuned regularly may need a "double tuning" (or more correctly, a pitch raise and tuning) for which we charge an additional $85. For piano tuning in outlying areas, there is an additional fee for mileage/travel time. Repairs to fix sticking keys, replacement of broken strings, adjusting pedals, etc., are not included in the tuning fee. Our on-site repairs are done at $90/hr. Typically, most repairs take less than an hour.

read moreCraig's Pianos & Keyboards will repair or replace, at no charge for parts or labor, any visibly moving part that fails to perform its primary function for (up to ten years) as long as you, the original owner, tune this piano twice per year by technicians authorized by us. Additionally, warrant this piano against unreasonable deterioration in tuning stability caused by mechanical breakdown and will correct said defect(s) without charge for parts or labor for a period of (up to ten years) from the date of purchase.
