Our Mortgage Broker Pre-License course meets all needs of the Florida State guidelines as set forth by the Office of Financial Regulations. The course requires 24 hours of classroom instruction, An in-class exam will be administered as practice for the state exam. Upon completion of the CRC Pre-License Course, you'll be required to pass the State's 100 multiple choice question exam (provided thru Promissor) before you can obtain a Florida State Mortgage Broker License. This test is normally provided by the State on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
