
The desire for love is what drives human nature, but too often we don't know how to find love or keep it when we do. The very thing we want is often avoided or pushed away by the way we live our lives. With the loss or absence of love we create feelings of anger, sadness, anxiety and loneliness which overwhelm us. In our efforts not to feel these negative feelings we evolve issues. These issues are manifested in behaviors that, while they medicate/distract us from uncomfortable feelings, the behaviors keep us from bringing into our lives the very thing we want-Love.
