CREDENCE FAMILY COUNSELING

Insa graduated from National University, with her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, in 1995. Currently, she is the President and co-founder of Credence Family Counseling. A huge part of her practice consists of working with kids and their families. Her therapeutic approach with this population is family systems oriented, with an emphasis of including parents in the therapeutic process. Her Cognitive/Behavioral techniques have proven effective with most populations.
