Exceptions can be made, contact us for details. A timed delivery is not guaranteed. Crickette's Flowers and Gifts will not leave merchandise on the door steps, porch or with a neighbors. In the event the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left notifying the recipient that the merchandise has been returned to the flower shop for pickup and delivery fees will not be refunded.
