The Agency opened in 1990 as cruise only and a several years later became a complete service travel agency. The owner has been in the hotel and travel business for over 30 years. He brings a well-rounded background of hotel management, tour firm, and travel consulting experience to the firm. All employees started their travel career by attending a travel school and have continued to learn by attending travel provider seminars, industry training classes, shipboard inspections and going on familiarization trips (provided by travel providers and destinations)
