We support this effort by providing two A2LA accredited labs; one located in Cincinnati, OH and the other in Sterling Heights, MI. Our environmental testing labs offer a wide range of services including, temperature, humidity, altitude, vibration, HALT & HASS, drop impact, thermal shock, salt spray/corrosion, radiator testing and more.

Formerly named, CSZ Testing Services, our test laboratories have grown in capacity and services steadily by providing world class testing services to many automotive suppliers in the Detroit area. By leveraging our experience with environmental test chambers, we were able to support industries such as aviation, defense, pharmaceutical, medical device, package testing and much more.

The primary focus of our material testing lab is to help our customers provide the absolute best product to their market through identification of potential weaknesses in design, durability, material strength, assembly processes, and other factors that can limit its usable life. By subjecting the products to environmental stresses such as temperature and humidity, or vibration conditions and evaluating how the products perform, we can identify any potential issues that could impair the overall quality or possibly lead to a non-compliance issue with regulatory standards.
