CTS Marketing Knowledge Partners resulted from a series of discussions between members of CTS Marketing and other financial marketing experts following a survey we conducted among banks and credit unions with assets that ranged from $75 million to $250 million. Our dialog concentrated on the key marketing issues faced by smaller financial institutions: 1) the person in charge of marketing was overburdened; attempting to perform all the marketing tasks from planning to creating and placing ads to PR and overseeing the website and marketing on the Internet, 2) in some instances.
