Culinaire is a privately held food and beverage corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Culinaire operates nationwide in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotels, cultural centers, private clubs, entertainment arenas, venues for public assembly, zoos, off-premise catering, and freestanding restaurants. Through explosive, though carefully managed growth in the last decade, we currently have acquired an impressive collection of upscale accounts. Our strategic plan calls for continued penetration in the hospitality industry as well as country clubs, botanical gardens, retirement communities and museums.
