This is a great company. They stand by their work and have excellent technicians. Recently William did a blower fan cleaning and added another component to our system. He explains things very well and is super polite and professional. Today he returned to work on the compressor which turned out to have a manufacturer assembly mistake that he diagnosed and repaired. This guy really knows his trade!! Thank you Custom HPACES!

Review update: We love our new Aerocool evaporative cooler. It cools down the house very well (if anything it works too good and gets quite cold, we don't have to use it as much as our previous unit.) Duwayne was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing a few loose ends after the installation, and their staff were nice to work with. They were also able to use the same legs from our old unit, which was also great as they didn't have to mess with the roof.

I've worked with several other HVAC companies and had very little faith in their ability to actually solve problems and fix things. Most of them don't even want to troubleshoot the problem but just replace units or offer solutions that don't actually fix the problem. They also don't want to give any sort of pricing they just expect to get a blank check on site. But my experience with Custom has been great all around. I asked specifically for what I wanted and they gave me a price over the phone. When the technician Benito arrived he walked me through what was right and what was wrong about our two commercial HVAC units. He explained things in detail and we formulated the plan to get them running in tip top shape. I found their rates to be reasonable and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We have been using Custom Heating for all of our evaporative cooler needs for several years and they are great to work with. They even have a great deal for startup/shutdown services if you buy a yearly package. Once we had a payment issue and they fixed the problem promptly and without fuss. Trustworthy company!

Custom Heating, Plumbing & AC has handled all of our homes HVAC needs I using replacing the original furnace 10 yrs ago, and replacing our hail damaged A/C Unit 1 year ago. The office staff is fast acting and professional. We replaced our furnace humidifier today. The service technician, Derik, was very kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything. Jake, the apprentice, was kind, respectful and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air. I've been a customer of Custom Heating since 2009. The customer service is always the best! The technicians are friendly and experienced. The prices are fair. Custom Heatng helped me today- my furnace went out last nighy. They were very responsive, quick to come out, friendly, Informative and just perfect to work with. I especially appreciate that the owner, Duane, called me back last night within minutes of calling and leaving a message. Also wonderful was that they scheduled someone to come out at the time I needed (rather than giving me just a window of time). And, today is Christmas Eve. It really couldn't have gone smoother. Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.
