After years of suffering with foot pain, I am so happy to have found Dr. Farnen. He is Awesome! First meeting I could tell him & his nurse, Kesha really cared. Bedside manner is super. Explains everything so you, the patient can understand it. His nurse, Kesha is so nice, helpful, personable & a real joy to be around! The entire office staff is great! Would highly recommend & will never go to anyone else with my foot pain.

He is attending that takes care of me when I come in is awesome Dr. Farmer is a awesome doctor that takes his time and see what the problem is and assess it and also breaks it down and tell you what you have to do to get back to a good position of getting back healthy and he explains to his patient what to do and how to do he doesn't just say do this and leave the room he tells you where you're at in healing and he tells you if you are doing good or it's something you're not doing he's a doctor that you can talk to. You don't find that often. They are some doctors that come in the room and say is this that and that and leave the room he explains the status of where you're at

I have never been to a doctors office were the staff were second to none, they are the most kind people who you can tell truly cares about the patience and takes pride of what they do. The nurse explained every step he did as did the doctor without making sure you understand without making you feel like you're stupid, in a bad situation I'm happy I see them. I trust the doctors and feel like their doing what's right.

I really like Dr. Farnan and the practice. I am actually in an out rather quickly and he has help address the issue with my hammer toe. Hopefully what we're doing will work and then I will not need surgery.

The Cutting Edge office made me completely enjoy a process that I have been dreading for awhile. Everyone there was so nice and respectful while also being fun and enjoyable. Dr. Farnen was awesome, he was extremely kind and had me laughing throughout my entire visit. Would recommend this place 100%!

Dr. Lanier is an amazing podiatrist! I had a horribly painful ingrown nail and she fit me in immediately! She went the extra mile and it was extremely helpful!

What a great experience! I was able to get an appointment within a week's time. The entire office staff was pleasant and courteous. Dr. Lanier is so knowledgeable and approachable. She made me feel so positive about resolving my foot issues. I walked out of the office without pain!

Good visit. Dr. Lanier was very nice and knowledgeable. I kept waiting for pain to start after the procedure. Never happened. Not even sore the next day. Best podiatrist visit I've ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Lanier

I Highly recommend Dr. Hyde @CuttingEdgeFootandAnkle He is absolutely wonderful. He takes his time to explain, then he makes sure your fully understand. He's a honest and caring man. If your feet hurt, go see him. I did & I'm very pleased with my decision.

Have seen Farnen for just over 6yrs now. This office so far has been the best. Only downside I wish would change is the Brentwood office be open at 7am. Will always stick with Dr David Farnen as my podiatrist. Best in the state of Tennessee based off personal experience.

Dr. Lanier is laid back, but knows her stuff! She is very professional and clicks well with her patients. She doesn't mine explaining in details what she is doing and why as she works on my foot. I will recommend her to friends & family who needs a great foot doctor.

I had an infection of my toe that was turning black, I knew it wouldn't be a good diagnosis. Dr Lanier is so personable, friendly & funny. She dispersed all of my concerns & she able to save half of my pinkie toe. I've had 3 follow up appointments & I have another one this week. She had said as long as the process continues to get better, I'll probably will be able to leave my toe/foot unwrapped.
Since there has been great improvement since, so if I don't have to keep it wrapped up, I must be healed. I will sincerely miss go to visit her & her entire staff, including the new receptionist. I always arrive early for appointments, work, etc. I've not had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the doctor to in. In & out in about 35 minutes.

Doctor Lanier and her staff are super friendly and they went out of their way to take care of my foot issue when other Doctors said I needed major surgery. They are very professional and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm glad I found them.
