Jean has recently retired from a 30+ year career in luxury-hotel and resort management, taking him from Europe to California to Hawaii to Alaska to Egypt and everywhere in between. He now devotes his time in pursuit of his passion for exercise and fitness. Through years of private studies, individual experience, experimentation, and multiple certifications, Jean has acquired a solid foundation in the disciplines of biomechanics, exercise physiology and exercise science.
