Senior Attorne ideally with experience at a top-tier company followed by a position in-house. Reporting directly to the Company's General Counsel, this attorney will supply legal support for the Company's commercial transactions, including reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements for sales transactions worldwide. Experience with technology agreements (both inbound and outbound) commercial law and general revenue-recognition principles is essential.
