Dakota

Dakota is an perfect space for meetings and social gatherings and provides exquisite event space for up to 110 for a sit down dinner and 300 for passed hors de oeuvres. Dakota provides a catered dining experience on the bridge, a semi-private seating area that overlooks Tropicana Bar and the sparkling David Hockney pool. This area is equipped with lounge seating and a community table. This area is booked upon request only and can accommodate tiny private dinners for up to forty guests. All the food is served to the center of the table conducive to sharing. There is a standard of 18% service and 8. 25 tax on all food & beverages.
