
The history of Dallmann began in 1954 when Guenther Dallmann opened his pastry shop in St. Gilgen, Austria providing only three kinds of pastries which were baked fresh daily. Because of Dallmann's care to detail and use of only the best and freshest ingredients, it did not take long for his pastry shop to become a locally renowned pastry paradise. Today Guenther's daughter Sylvia, together with her husband Franz, have expanded Dallmann, earning a world huge reputation of being one of the finest pastry shops providing only the highest quality.
