The structure allows dancers freedom to design a program that is tailored to their individual desires, allowing them to thrive and flourish in the areas they choose to explore. The dancers in this division will be members of the Encore Company, with optional specialty company tracks to choose from. Each specialty company offers pre-professional opportunities in the Chicago dance scene.

We incorporate education in nutrition, self-care, resume assistance, audition advice, and master classes into our curriculum to ensure that students receive adequate training in all aspects of professional life. The Premiere Division is a program specifically designed for preschool-first grade learners in an environment suited to their capabilities.
