Our primary data center facility is situated in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This facility benefits from extensive human as well as software and hardware security systems. We currently have a battery backup system which is supported by a dedicated diesel generator. A dry fire-suppression system is in place to make sure that equipment is protected from moisture in the event of a fire. Our data center is connected to the Internet backbone via two telecommunications providers, giving us full redundancy should one of those providers go entirely offline.
